Abstract:
Yangzhou University School of Medicine has implemented a teaching reform in the curriculum cluster of three important elective courses for the 2020 cohort of master's degree students in Chinese medicine. The reform adheres to the "holistic concept" and involves the construction of a teaching team consisting of course instructors(supervisors).Throughout the reform, the roles of teachers and students are interchangeably assigned at different stages of the course, using a progressive approach of "memory retrieval and reconstruction-discussion and reflection-immersive experience integration." Diversified teaching and assessment methods are employed, and comprehensive evaluations are conducted in a bidirectional manner between teachers and students. This reform effectively enhances the quality of teaching and sets an example for the education of postgraduate students in Chinese Medicine.
