Abstract
In response to the triple disconnect among technology, context, and competency in pharmaceutical analytical education in the era of artificial intelligence, this study constructs a three-tier competency-targeted training model based on the goal-oriented education (OBE) philosophy.By integrating the general technical standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia with competency requirements for good manufacturing practice (GMP) positions, the teaching team develops a hierarchical competency framework consisting of basic operation, integrative decision-making,and innovative transfer. An implementation pathway is designed through dynamic curriculum reconstruction,scenario-based teaching, and intelligent evaluation regulation. The system establishes a dynamic mapping mechanism that transforms industry technical standards into teaching resources, incorporates a "Three-Tier,Four-Cycle" pedagogical approach within a blended virtual-physical learning ecosystem, and introduces three layers of supporting mechanisms:university-enterprise symbiosis and collaboration, teacher development in intelligent literacy, and technological ethics governance. This framework aims to address structural contradictions on the supply side of education and provide theoretical and practical references for the digital and intelligent transformation of pharmaceutical education.
