Design and Practice of Pharmacology Curriculum Based on OBE Educational Philosophy from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Outcome-based education (OBE) emphasizes the cultivation of students' applied competencies and promotes the development of core competitiveness through practical engagement.This study compares students enrolled in the non-OBE cohort (Grade 2018) with those in the OBE implementation cohorts (Grades 2019 and 2020).The results demonstrate that students in the experimental cohorts showed significant improvements in final examination performance,postgraduate admission rates,and competency attainment (particularly practical abilities).The findings indicate that OBE-oriented teaching effectively enhances students' understanding and application of pharmacology knowledge.This approach is of important significance for cultivating high-quality,practice-oriented pharmaceutical professionals with practical intelligence in local universities.
