Innovative Teaching Reform and Practice for Professional Master's Degree in Pharmacy

Against the backdrop of the Healthy China initiative,there is a strong demand for application-oriented pharmaceutical professionals.However,as professional master's education in pharmacy was established relatively late,its training quality has not yet fully met expected talent development objectives.In response to the current training status and existing challenges,this study proposes a progressive three-stage innovative practical teaching model consisting of open laboratory practice,scientific and technological competitions,and horizontally funded research projects.By strengthening and innovating practical teaching components,this model effectively enhances postgraduate students' comprehensive practical abilities and professional competitiveness.
