Construction and Optimization of an Employment-Oriented Education System in Pharmaceutical Universities from the Perspective of “Five-Dimension Education Integration”

Based on the requirements of supply-side reform in talent development driven by the transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry,this study examines the necessity of constructing an employment-oriented education system grounded in the "Five-Dimension Education Integration" framework in medical universities from three perspectives:policy orientation,industrial transformation,and livelihood demand.It further analyzes existing bottlenecks in current university employment education mechanisms in terms of moral education guidance,intellectual education linkage,physical education integration,aesthetic education penetration,and labor education practice.A four-dimensional synergistic educational paradigm involving organization,teaching staff,evaluation,and platform is proposed.Implementation schemes are designed across all five dimensions of education.The study aims to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for improving collaborative education mechanisms and enhancing the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical talents in the new era.
