智能手机比色法在药物分析实验教学中的应用探索

Exploration of the Application of Smartphone-based Colorimetric Method in Pharmaceutical Analysis Laboratory Teaching

  • 摘要: 在教育数字化、智能化的时代背景下,为激发药学生的学习兴趣和热情,本实验以硫酸阿托品注射液为例,引入智能手机拍照和图片分析技术,以获取不同浓度硫酸阿托品注射液的颜色数据,并计算硫酸阿托品的含量,可显著提高分析效率。结果表明,智能手机引入药物分析实验教学,将理论知识和生活实际相关联,彰显了课程的发展性和时代性,可以有效激发学生对知识和理论的学习热情,有助于培养与时俱进的创新型人才。

     

    Abstract: In the context of educational digitalization and intelligence,to stimulate pharmaceutical students' learning interest and enthusiasm,this experiment uses atropine sulfate injection as an example to introduce smartphone photography and image analysis technology.This approach is used to acquire color data from atropine sulfate injections at different concentrations and calculate the content of atropine sulfate,which can significantly improve analysis efficiency.The results indicate that by introducing smartphones into pharmaceutical analysis laboratory teaching,the experiment connects theoretical knowledge with real-life applications,showcasing the development and relevance of the course.It can effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning knowledge and theory and help cultivate innovative talents that keep up with the times.
