融合思政教育的中药学专业本科生导师制的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Tutorial System for Undergraduate Students in Traditional Chinese Medicine with Integration of Ideological and Political Education

  • 摘要: 本科生导师制是中药学专业本科阶段人才培养的重要举措,对本科生导师制进行优化与探索具有重要意义。海军军医大学药学院以培养精通专业、德才兼备的高素质中药学专业人才为目标,以融合思政教育为抓手,对现行本科生导师制进行了全面优化。在本科生导师的遴选、科学双选制度的建立、考评与奖励机制的制定等方面,全程凸显思政教育重要地位,构建了融合思政教育的中药学专业本科生导师制。该制度实施后得到了师生的高度认可,并为培养满足军队与社会需要的高素质中药学专业人才提供了重要支撑。

     

    Abstract: The undergraduate mentorship system is a vital initiative in the cultivation of talent at the undergraduate level for traditional Chinese medicine programs.Optimizing and refining this system holds significant importance for enhancing talent training.The School of Pharmacy at the Naval Medical University has implemented a comprehensive reform of its undergraduate mentorship system,aiming to cultivate high-quality professionals who excel both in expertise and character.By integrating ideological and political education as a central element,the system has been improved in key areas such as mentor selection,the establishment of a dual-choice system,and the development of evaluation and reward mechanisms.The revised system emphasizes the importance of ideological and political education throughout the mentorship process.After its implementation,the new mentorship system has received widespread recognition from both faculty and students and has provided crucial support for training highly skilled Chinese Materia Medica professionals to meet the needs of the military and society.
