Abstract: By analyzing the practical problems existing in current teaching of pharmaceutical intellectual property and in light of the strategic requirements for building a strong intellectual property nation as well as the industrial characteristics of the pharmaceutical sector,this study proposes a series of reform measures,including reconstructing course content,introducing practical teaching components,enriching ideological and political education elements,adopting diversified teaching methods,and optimizing the assessment and evaluation system.These measures aim to enhance teaching effectiveness and students' overall competencies,thereby providing a reference for the reform of pharmaceutical intellectual property education in higher education institutions.
