大学生网络人际交往的心理特点与教育引导
Psychological Characteristics and Educational Guidance of College Students' Online Interpersonal Communication

摘要: 5 351份调查数据显示,从群体差异看,女生比男生网络人际交往活跃度高;独立自主个性的个体,网络交往边界清晰;职业个性倾向不同,个体在网络人际交往中的关注面也存在显著的差别。普遍来看,当代大学生虚拟情境的网络人际交往在社会认同、印象管理、亲社会行为,以及网络行为失范上具有独特性。大学生网络人际交往的教育引导,应强化网络交往中的个体化意识,提升网络交往中的同理共情力,以获得网络交往中的自我成长。Abstract: An analysis of 5 351 survey responses indicates the following group differences: female students exhibit higher levels of online interpersonal communication activity compared to their male counterparts;individuals with independent and autonomous personalities maintain clearer boundaries in online interactions;and individuals with different vocational personality traits display significant differences in the focus of their online interpersonal interactions.In general,contemporary college students' online communication in virtual contexts demonstrates distinct characteristics in terms of social identity,impression management,prosocial behavior,and deviant online behavior.Educational guidance for college students' online interpersonal communication should emphasize the cultivation of individualized awareness,enhance empathetic understanding in online interactions,and promote self-growth through online communication.
