“以教促学-费曼学习法”教学模式在呼吸内科教学中的探索

摘要: 传统呼吸内科学临床理论实践培养是"单向"灌输临床知识与技能的教学,忽视师生、医患之间的"双向"互动,未充分重视学生自主学习能力与终身学习能力的培养。借鉴多学科教学成功经验,教学团队将"以教促学-费曼学习法"引入呼吸内科课堂教学与实践中,围绕既定目标,以六大核心能力为培养导向,助力学生在有限时间内更扎实掌握呼吸系统疾病相关知识,进而推动临床教学工作发展。Abstract: The traditional clinical theory and practice training process in respiratory medicine is the "one-way" teaching method of imparting clinical knowledge and skills and often overlooks the "two-way" interaction between teachers and students,as well as between doctors and patients,and it also fails to fully emphasize the cultivation of students' self-learning ability and lifelong learning skills.Drawing on successful experiences from multidisciplinary teaching,the teaching team introduced the "Learning by Teaching—Feynman Learning Technique" into the respiratory medicine classroom teaching and practice.Focusing on established goals and guided by six core competencies,this method helps students solidify their understanding of respiratory system diseases in a limited amount of time,thereby promoting the development of clinical teaching work.
