Exploration of Professional Talents Cultivation in Pharmacy in the New Era

“Three comprehensive education, five simultaneous cultivation” is an important concept for universities to implement moral education and carry out educational work.In the comprehensive reform of "three comprehensive education" at the School of Pharmacy, Inner Mongolia Medical University, a "whole-staff education" team has been formed to construct a "whole-process education" model with a focus on professional competence development and a "comprehensive education" system.The concept of "five simultaneous cultivation" is implemented to cultivate well-rounded high-quality pharmaceutical talents.
