Innovative Practice of a Multi-Dimensional Collaborative-Driven System for New-Quality Pharmaceutical Talents Cultivation

Against the backdrop of the Healthy China initiative and the development of new-quality productive forces,the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents is undergoing a systematic restructuring in terms of value orientation,competency structure,and training models.Taking the reform of the pharmaceutical talent training system as a case study,and addressing key challenges in current pharmaceutical education—such as insufficient ideological and political education outcomes,lagging digital-intelligent transformation,weak interdisciplinary integration and innovation capacity among students,and limited alignment between talent cultivation and industry demand—this study responds to the new competency requirements of pharmaceutical talent development under new-quality productive forces.Nanchang University has carried out systematic reforms in curriculum-based ideological and political education,reconstruction of a digitally enabled curriculum system,enhancement of innovation training mechanisms,and optimization of industry-education integration models.As a result,a synergistic pharmaceutical talent development system characterized by "value guidance,digital empowerment,innovation-driven development,and industry-education integration" has been established.Practice demonstrates that this system effectively promotes the deep integration of professional knowledge transfer and value education,enhances students' practical competence,innovation capability,and job readiness,and provides a replicable pathway for cultivating new-quality pharmaceutical talents in local universities.
