Abstract
Pharmaceutical administration and regulations is a compulsory course for pharmacy students in higher education institutions and a mandatory subject for the pharmacist qualification examination. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the course under the traditional teaching model and explores the deep integration of teaching content with the case-based teaching model.A "student-centered" three-stage case teaching implementation plan is designed, and key strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness are proposed. This systematic case teaching model, structured as "point-line-plane" can provide a reference for the pedagogical reform of the pharmaceutical administration and regulations course in higher education institutions.
