Exploration of the Application of Smartphone-based Colorimetric Method in Pharmaceutical Analysis Laboratory Teaching

  • In the context of educational digitalization and intelligence,to stimulate pharmaceutical students' learning interest and enthusiasm,this experiment uses atropine sulfate injection as an example to introduce smartphone photography and image analysis technology.This approach is used to acquire color data from atropine sulfate injections at different concentrations and calculate the content of atropine sulfate,which can significantly improve analysis efficiency.The results indicate that by introducing smartphones into pharmaceutical analysis laboratory teaching,the experiment connects theoretical knowledge with real-life applications,showcasing the development and relevance of the course.It can effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning knowledge and theory and help cultivate innovative talents that keep up with the times.
