Construction and Implementation of a Dual-Core Curriculum System on Precision Pharmacy—Risk Prediction for Master of Clinical Pharmacy

  • To address key challenges in the training of clinical pharmacy professional master's students,including weak integration between theory and practice and insufficient forward-looking risk management capabilities in medication use,this study constructs and implements a dual-core curriculum system centered on precision pharmacy and risk prediction,based on the pedagogical concept of "dual-core driving and three-stage closed-loop". Guided by real clinical problems,the system adopts a three-stage closed-loop teaching model consisting of case-based feedback,risk refinement,and competency empowerment.It systematically integrates resources from precision pharmacy platforms such as therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacogenomics,and develops a dynamic case database.An innovative risk-tracing teaching approach is introduced,and competency development is strengthened through simulated pharmaceutical care and pharmacy administration practice.The system effectively enhances students' precision decision-making and risk prediction abilities in complex medication scenarios,providing an effective pathway for cultivating high-level clinical pharmacy professionals for the new era.
