基于目标导向教育的药学分析三阶能力靶向教学模型设计与实施

Design and Implementation of an OBE-Driven Target-Oriented Three-Tier Competency Model for Pharmaceutical Analysis Education

  • 摘要: 针对人工智能时代药物分析教育面临的技术、场景及素养三重脱节困境,本研究基于目标导向教育理念,构建三阶能力靶向培养模型。通过整合《中国药典》通则技术规范与GMP岗位能力要求,教学团队探索建立基础操作、整合决策、创新迁移的分层能力体系,并设计动态课程重构、场景化教学、智能评价调控实施路径。该体系涵盖行业技术标准向教学资源转化的动态映射机制,融合虚实学习生态的"三阶四环"教学法,以及校企共生协同、教师智能素养发展、技术伦理防控三重保障机制,旨在破解教育供给侧结构性矛盾,为药学教育数智化转型提供理论与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the triple disconnect among technology,context,and competency in pharmaceutical analytical education in the era of artificial intelligence,this study constructs a three-tier competency-targeted training model based on the goal-oriented education (OBE) philosophy.By integrating the general technical standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia with competency requirements for good manufacturing practice (GMP) positions,the teaching team develops a hierarchical competency framework consisting of basic operation,integrative decision-making,and innovative transfer.An implementation pathway is designed through dynamic curriculum reconstruction,scenario-based teaching,and intelligent evaluation regulation.The system establishes a dynamic mapping mechanism that transforms industry technical standards into teaching resources,incorporates a "Three-Tier,Four-Cycle" pedagogical approach within a blended virtual-physical learning ecosystem,and introduces three layers of supporting mechanisms:university-enterprise symbiosis and collaboration,teacher development in intelligent literacy,and technological ethics governance.This framework aims to address structural contradictions on the supply side of education and provide theoretical and practical references for the digital and intelligent transformation of pharmaceutical education.
