红外实验在线教学模式探讨

Discussion on Online Teaching Mode of Infrared Experiment

  • 摘要: 红外光谱法是《中国药典》用于鉴定化合物结构的方法之一,掌握红外光谱法的实验操作技能、拥有红外谱图分析能力是药学相关专业本科生的基本要求。实验教学是药学教育的重要实践教学环节,在培养学生的实践能力、知识运用能力和创新能力等方面有着不可替代的作用。作者打破传统的红外实验教学方式,利用微视频技术,探索和建立一种以基础实验、仪器操作结合谱图解析为一体的在线教学模式,不再受限于线下操作,让学生更好地理解红外实验的原理、更熟练地掌握仪器的操作,提高精准解析谱图的能力,进而全面提高学生的综合学习能力。

     

    Abstract: Infrared spectroscopy is one of the methods used in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia to identify the structure of compounds.Mastering the experimental skills of infrared spectroscopy and the ability to analyze infrared spectroscopy are the basic requirements for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy.Experimental teaching is an important practical teaching link in pharmacy education,and it plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' practical ability,knowledge application ability and innovation ability.The author breaks the traditional infrared experiment teaching method,uses micro-video technology to explore and establish an online teaching mode integrating basic experiment,instrument operation and spectrum analysis,which is no longer limited by offline operation,so that students can better understand the principle of infrared experiments,master the operation of the instrument more proficiently,improve the ability to accurately analyze the spectrum,and then comprehensively improve the comprehensive learning ability of students.
