高校研究生思政课程与课程思政协同推进模式研究

Research on the Collaborative Promotion Mode of Ideological and Political Courses and Curriculum Ideological and Political Education for Graduates in Colleges and Universities

  • 摘要: 新时代高校研究生思政课程与课程思政既有明显区别也有紧密联系,二者在政治立场、育人目标和教育内容上具有一致性、同向性和互补性,因此两者必须同向同行,协同推进。由于教师素质能力提升及协同育人体制机制还不够健全与完善,顶层设计也缺乏一定的系统性,原协同推进模式在总体取得一定成效的同时,不同程度地陷入种种困境。因此,高校有待在研究生同向同行思政教育的制度协同、主体协同、平台沟通、激励约束及考核评价等五大模式进行更为深入的推进,从而进一步完善这一育人创新模式。

     

    Abstract: In the new era, there are obvious differences and close ties between the postgraduates' ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political education, and the two are consistent, co-directional and complementary in terms of political stance, educational objectives and educational contents, so they must go in the same direction and promote together. Since the institutional mechanism of teacher quality and ability enhancement and collaborative education is not sound and perfect, and the top-level design lacks a certain degree of systematization, the original collaborative promotion mode has achieved certain results in general, but also fallen into various difficulties in different degrees. Therefore, universities need to carry out more in-depth promotion in the five modes of institutional collaboration, main body collaboration, platform communication, incentive restraint and assessment and evaluation of postgraduate students in the same direction, so as to further improve this new innovative model of education.
