学科评估背景下高校学科分层建设体系研究

Research on Hierarchical Construction System of Disciplines in Universities Under the Background of Discipline Evaluation

  • 摘要: 在各级各类学科评估标准日益完善的大环境下,高校学科分层建设体系已初步形成。从我国学科分层建设的形成机制及具体表现出发,阐述学科分层建设体系的内涵,探究现行省级、市级区域性学科分层建设体系代表性模式和学科群建设模式,分析学科分层建设体系的特征,在坚持省域学科建设科学统筹、坚持全面协调可持续的学科发展理念和数字技术促进学科工作方式变革三个层面,提出学科分层建设体系优化路径。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of discipline evaluation standards at all levels,the hierarchical construction system of university disciplines has initially formed.This article discusses the connotation of the disciplinary hierarchical construction system,explores the formation mechanism and specific manifestations of Chinese hierarchical construction system of disciplines,analyzes representative models and characteristics of provincial,municipal,and regional disciplinary hierarchical construction systems.It also proposes optimization suggestions for the implementation path of the disciplinary hierarchical construction system from three aspects:adhering to scientific overall planning of provincial disciplinary construction,adhering to the concept of sustainable development for comprehensive and coordinated disciplinary development,and promoting disciplinary work transformation through digital technology.
