Abstract:
Through a systematic comparative analysis of master's training models in pharmacy at the University of California,San Francisco (USA),Monash University (Australia),and the University of Tokyo (Japan),this study summarizes their respective strengths. In light of the current situation and practical challenges of domestic training models, this paper proposes several recommendations, including the development of an interdisciplinary integration paradigm, the deepening of industry-academia-research collaborative education, and the strengthening of international talent cultivation. These suggestions aim to provide references for the reform of postgraduate education in pharmacy in China.
