Abstract:
In the context of military-civilian integration and the development of interdisciplinary studies, military academies need to gradually refine their pharmaceutical administration talent cultivation models.Currently, military academies face several challenges in this area, including unclear training objectives, traditional and uniform teaching methods,a relatively thin curriculum, and insufficient training of high-level talents. This paper proposes four improvement measures: clarifying training objectives, enriching course content, implementing diversified teaching methods, and expanding research directions. These measures are designed to meet practical needs and cultivate versatile pharmaceutical management professionals suitable for both military and civilian sectors.
