Abstract: The “craftsmanship” is an essential part of Chinese traditional culture.traditional Chinese medicine professionals have long emphasized this spirit.It is the responsibility of higher education institutions to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine practitioners who embody the dedication, professionalism, focus, and innovation that define the “craftsmanship”.Colleges should fully leverage the role of second classroom in character development by organizing cultural integration programs, inviting craftsmen to campus, incorporating competitions into daily life, promoting labor practice, and engaging in brand-building educational activities.These initiatives aim to foster the development of the “craftsmanship” in vocational college students.
