色谱法实验教学的改进与实践

Improvement and Practice on Experiment Teaching of Chromatography

  • 摘要: 在经典的验证性实验教学中如何激发学生的学习热情,引导学生主动思考有机化学实验教学中亟待解决的问题。以“色谱法”实验为例,教学团队采用创设教学情境、引入数字化教学、撰写个性化实验报告等多种教学方法和手段增强学生学习兴趣并提高授课效果,使学生在透彻了解色谱法分离原理及应用的基础上,提升探究能力和思辨能力。

     

    Abstract: In traditional verification experiments, how to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and guide them to actively think about the problems in organic chemistry laboratory teaching is a pressing issue.Taking the “chromatography” experiment as an example, the teaching team adopts various methods, including creating teaching scenarios, introducing digital teaching tools, and writing personalized lab reports, to enhance students’ interest in learning and improve teaching effectiveness.This approach enables students to thoroughly understand the principles and applications of chromatography, while enhancing their inquiry and critical thinking skills.
