Abstract: Professional degree postgraduate education has the basic characteristics of application and occupation, and has significant advantages in meeting the needs of the biomedical industry for high-level and high-quality applied talents who have a solid theoretical foundation and can solve practical problems in the industry. Tianjin University of Science and Technology explores the biological and medical professional degree research and birth model from the aspects of curriculum system and teaching methods, training mode and teaching staff construction, dissertation topic selection and management, and assessment and evaluation system, which strengthens of the professional characteristics of applicability and professionality.
