Abstract:
With the advancement of science and technology, medical student education is no longer limited to the learning and practice of clinical knowledge. The cultivation of medical students' research capabilities is equally important.Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is a teaching model that places students as the main participants and focuses on problem-solving under the guidance of teachers, and is widely used in medical schools.Currently, PBL in medical schools mainly focuses on clinical cases, lacking the cultivation of students' research thinking abilities.Since 2016,Nanjing Medical University has adapted research papers in basic medical disciplines into research-oriented PBL cases suitable for undergraduate students, implementing PBL teaching to foster scientific thinking among students and enhance their research capabilities, achieving good teaching outcomes.
