科研型PBL运用于医学本科教学的思考

Reflections on the Application of Research-oriented PBL in Undergraduate Medical Education

  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的发展,医学生培养不再局限于临床知识的学习与实践,医学生科研能力的培养同样重要。PBL是一种在教师引导下以学生为主体、以问题为导向的教学模式,在各医学院校运用广泛。现阶段医学院校运用PBL以临床案例为主,缺乏对学生科研思维能力的培养。2016年以来,南京医科大学基础医学专业将科研论文改编为适合本科生学习的科研型PBL案例,试行PBL教学,促进学生科学思维的养成,提升了学生科研能力,取得良好的教学成效。

     

    Abstract: With the advancement of science and technology, medical student education is no longer limited to the learning and practice of clinical knowledge.The cultivation of medical students' research capabilities is equally important.Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is a teaching model that places students as the main participants and focuses on problem-solving under the guidance of teachers, and is widely used in medical schools.Currently, PBL in medical schools mainly focuses on clinical cases, lacking the cultivation of students' research thinking abilities.Since 2016,Nanjing Medical University has adapted research papers in basic medical disciplines into research-oriented PBL cases suitable for undergraduate students, implementing PBL teaching to foster scientific thinking among students and enhance their research capabilities, achieving good teaching outcomes.
