临床药学五年制人才培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and Implementation of Five-Year Training Model for Clinical Pharmacy Talents

  • 摘要: 临床药学教育是培养“懂医精药、善研善成”的临床药师的重要途径。我国临床药学教育起步较晚,基础较薄弱,导致人才培养标准不统一。经过深入研究分析,河北医科大学构建了一种“3.5+1.5”的五年制临床药学培养模式,实践证明该培养模式可以提升临床药学人才的培养质量和水平,为国内临床药学人才培养提供思路和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Clinical pharmacy education is a key pathway for training clinical pharmacists who are proficient in both medicine and pharmacy, as well as skilled in research and implementation.Clinical pharmacy education in China began relatively late and remains underdeveloped, resulting in inconsistent talent training standards.After in-depth research and analysis, Hebei Medical University has developed a five-year clinical pharmacy training model, consisting of “3.5+1.5” years, which has been proven to enhance the quality and level of clinical pharmacy talent cultivation.This model provides valuable insights and reference points for the cultivation of clinical pharmacy professionals in China.
