高校教师教学卓越发展的价值追求、时代要求与提升路径

Value Pursuit,Contemporary Requirements,and Enhancement Pathways for Teaching Excellence Development of University Teachers

  • 摘要: 促进高校教师教学卓越发展,要为教师营造追求教书育人价值和满足社会职业发展的教学环境,让教师获得内在与外在价值的双重满足。教师队伍高质量建设要紧扣教育高质量发展时代要求,提升教师内核品质,注重培育新生力量、发展中坚力量、树立榜样力量、传播教育力量。教师发展路径设计要尊重教师的成长规律,依据不同阶段的教师发展特征,为教师打通“新教师-骨干教师-教学名师-未来教育家”的递进式发展路径,构建新教师成长、骨干教师发展、教学名师养成、未来教育家培育的“四阶”教学卓越发展计划。

     

    Abstract: To promote the excellent teaching development of university teachers,it is necessary to create an educational environment that fosters the pursuit of teaching and educating values and meets the societal demands for professional development,enabling teachers to achieve both intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction.High-quality construction of the teaching staff should closely align with the strategic requirements of high-quality educational development,enhance the core qualities of teachers,focus on cultivating new forces,developing backbone forces,establishing exemplary powers,and spreading educational influence.The design of teacher development pathways should respect the growth patterns of teachers and,based on the developmental characteristics of teachers at different stages,provide a progressive development pathway of "new teacher-backbone teacher-distinguished teaching experts-future educator." This constructs a four-tier plan for the excellent development of teaching,encompassing the growth of new teachers,the development of backbone teachers,the cultivation of distinguished teaching experts,and the nurturing of future educators.
