Abstract:
Micro-teaching breaks complex instructional content into smaller,specific learning units,which helps students better understand knowledge and master skills.Targeted teaching and practice for each unit can improve teaching efficiency.Based on these advantages,and in response to current issues in drug dispensing education,this paper proposes an educational pathway based on micro-teaching methods.This includes designing micro-learning units,setting personalized learning objectives,integrating practical teaching sessions,and establishing a system for teacher guidance and feedback,all aimed at enhancing students' learning outcomes and comprehensive skills.
