Abstract: The practice base plays a pivotal role in the training of professional master's degree students in pharmacy,crucially contributing to improving the quality of graduate education.Taking the School of Pharmacy at Yantai University as an example,this paper explores the application of the "Innovation Chain+Industry Chain" model in the construction of practice base clusters and educational reform.The teaching team has reformed course instruction,explored high-level talent cultivation systems,and provided diverse practice environments and resources,thereby promoting the development of practice base clusters and enhancing the effectiveness of education and training quality.
