Abstract: Based on the courses related to natural medicinal chemistry and traditional Chinese medicine chemistry,a multi-specialty and interdisciplinary virtual teaching and research section has been established.This paper discusses the construction process and outcomes of the virtual teaching and research section,the existing challenges,and suggestions for future development from four aspects.Practice has shown that the virtual teaching and research section,integrating multiple disciplines,can effectively promote communication and cooperation between different specialties,enhance the quality of teaching,and provide new ideas and methods for educational and teaching reforms.
