Abstract: Cryo-sectioning technique is characterized by its simplicity,efficiency,and ease of operation,and digitalized virtual slides offer advantages such as easy preservation and convenient observation.Using specific examples in experimental teaching,this paper introduces the application and prospects of Cryo-sectioning and digitalized virtual slides techniques in pharmacognosy experimental courses,providing references for similar experimental teaching reforms.
