Abstract: A reasonable pharmacist training system and efficient management strategies are key to ensuring the safety, effectiveness, economy, and rationality of public medication use.Time series analysis has significant application potential in various fields, including medicine, economics, and finance.Its predictive and decision-support functions offer considerable benefits to industries.This paper systematically reviews the methodology and forecasting models of time series analysis, the current status of pharmacist training and management in China, and the application of time series modeling in the pharmaceutical field.It provides a discussion on the theoretical framework and application scenarios of the pharmacist training and management prediction model, aiming to offer strong support for scientifically predicting the demand for pharmacists, assessing training outcomes, and optimizing management strategies.
