Abstract: Curriculum ideological and political education is an innovative educational concept proposed in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In line with the requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines and the professional engineering certification of pharmaceutical engineering, the teaching team carries out curriculum ideological and political education by integrating ideological and political education into the core course of pharmacology in the pharmaceutical engineering program.This approach helps students develop ideological and political awareness and achieves an organic unity between "knowledge imparting" and "value guidance." It lays the foundation for establishing a pharmacology course teaching system that is based on the concept of curriculum ideological and political education and possesses the characteristics of engineering disciplines.
