Abstract:
Corporate universities are a product of deep industry-education integration and serve as a critical platform for vocational colleges to support enterprises.Addressing the shortcomings in the curriculum systems, teaching methods, and operational management mechanisms of existing corporate universities, this paper proposes the co-construction of industrial colleges by vocational colleges and enterprises. It suggests the formation of a "dual-qualified" teaching team and the development of an integrated curriculum and evaluation system that combines learning, specialization, and application.Additionally, the joint enrollment and training model between vocational colleges and corporate universities is promoted, highlighting the pivotal role of enterprises in vocational education and training, and effectively advancing the implementation of the lifelong education concept.
