药学监护教学中标准化患者的应用分析

Application and Evaluation of Standardized Patients in Pharmaceutical Care Teaching

  • 摘要: 教学团队从专业能力培训、评估能力与反馈、评分一致性、评价四个方面对标准化患者(SP)进行规范化培训;将通过培训的SP引入药学监护实践教学课程中,对学生开展案例演练,比较SP应用于教学后学生的药学监护实践考核成绩差异。结果表明经规范化培训后的标准化患者能帮助教学人员准确评估,可有效提升学生的药学监护能力,该法在药学监护教学中的应用具有可行性。

     

    Abstract: The teaching team conducts standardized training for Standardized Patients (SPs) focusing on professional capability training,assessment ability and feedback,scoring consistency,and evaluation.Trained SPs are introduced into the practical teaching courses of pharmaceutical care,where students engage in case drills.The study compares the differences in students' pharmaceutical care practical assessment scores before and after the application of SPs in teaching.Results indicate that SPs,after standardized training,can help educators accurately assess and effectively enhance students' pharmaceutical care abilities.The application of this method in pharmaceutical care teaching is feasible.
