Abstract: According to the requirements of constructing a provincial first-class offline pharmaceutical analysis course, a high-quality teaching team has been established, refined teaching materials have been compiled, a distinctive teaching framework has been depicted, an approach to ideological and political education has been developed, and an objective evaluation system has been established.This reform enhances the quality of course instruction, stimulates students' interest in learning, and cultivates their comprehensive qualities and innovative spirit.The expected goals of course construction have been achieved, and it has provided a good demonstration effect for other courses.
