Abstract:
As the most basic teaching and research unit of the university,the teaching and research office faces issues in terms of organizational structure,management system,collaborative research,and team building.In the context of the new medical science development,the traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Teaching and Research Office explores the construction of grassroots teaching organization in traditional Chinese medicine,optimizes the functional development of resource allocation,strengthens institutional management efficiency,explores the potential for continuous teacher training,and builds a dynamic teaching and research community.Through the 4-year establishment of a provincial-level course research office,it has achieved diverse development,vitality,adaptability to demands,and significant results,providing intellectual and technical support for the innovation service system of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
