Abstract: In response to the new circumstances of the development of China’s traditional Chinese medicine industry and the requirements for cultivating high-level traditional Chinese medicine professionals, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University has developed a targeted training system to meet the demands of cultivating high-level applied and innovative talent.By focusing on postgraduate growth and success, the university adheres to the principle of aligning the educational chain with the industrial chain.The “123” training mode for professional degrees in traditional Chinese medicine has been constructed das “one-consistent”（the entire industry chain of traditional Chinese medicine）,“dual-chain integration”（industry chain and innovation chain）,and “three combinations”（industry, innovation and profession）,which meets the training needs.This model emphasizes theoretical and practical integration, analytical and comprehensive learning, and discovery and application, resulting in a “holistic” educational framework characterized by mutual integration and spiral development.
