Abstract: As a newly established discipline at the Medical College of Guangxi University,the Pharmacy program emphasizes not only the mastery of professional theoretical knowledge but also the enhancement of students' innovative capabilities.Specific significance is assigned to different practical components:professional experiments serve as the cornerstone for cultivating innovation,professional internships sharpen students' innovative abilities,graduation design (thesis) are crucial in developing these skills,discipline competitions effectively supplement innovation training,mentorship programs string together "practical pearls",and online courses and academic lectures expand horizons.
