药理学前沿课程教学方案的思考与改革

Reflections and Reforms on the Teaching Schemes of Frontier in Pharmacological Sciences

  • 摘要: 药理学前沿是基于生命科学发展趋势及其面临问题而设计的新兴课程,以药理学为主线,旨在探讨生命科学领域的前沿及难点。本文对药理学前沿课程的现有教学方案进行总结与思考,并引入以OBE理念、TBL策略等为代表的创新教学模式,有助于培养学生的综合能力、创新精神和团队协作技能,提升其在药理学前沿领域的竞争力。同时以技能拓展与职业规划为导向对课程内容进行改进,提高教师的专业素养,为课程发展提供指导方案,以推动教学质量的有效提升。

     

    Abstract: Frontier of Pharmacological Sciences is a newly designed curriculum developed in response to the trends and challenges in life sciences.Focusing on pharmacology,the course explores cutting-edge advances and challenges in the life sciences.This paper summarizes and reflects on existing teaching approaches for this frontier pharmacology course and introduces innovative pedagogical models,such as the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework and Team-Based Learning (TBL) strategies.These models help cultivate students' comprehensive abilities,innovative thinking,and teamwork skills,thereby enhancing their competitiveness in advanced pharmacology.Furthermore,specific course reform proposals are presented,including content updates guided by skill development and career planning,improvements in teachers' professional expertise,and a developmental roadmap for the course,all aimed at promoting effective teaching quality enhancement.
