中药生物技术课程教学设计探索

Exploring the Teaching Design of Biotechnology of Chinese Materia Medica

  • 摘要: 近年来,中药生物技术在药用植物优良种苗繁育、药用植物组织细胞工程生产活性成分、药用微生物资源的分离与发酵培养、中药活性成分的生物转化、药用植物基因工程与分子育种、功能基因挖掘与合成生物学以及生物信息学等方面均有了长足的发展,取得了一系列标志性成果。在总结十余年教学经验教训基础上,教学团队逐渐实施以思维导图预习、串联总结各章节内容、以关键知识点短视频为载体的学生自学自查、以专业文献研读体现课程的创新性和高阶性等几个主要教学环节。这些环节的设计,兼顾了学生学习的系统性和课程的挑战度,兼顾了教师的教学组织和学生的主动学习,取得了较好的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: In the recent years, remarkable advances of Biotechnology of Chinese Materia Medica have been achieved in many aspects, such as medicinal plant micropropagation, production of active compounds using tissue and cell culture system, isolation and fermentation of medicinal microbes, biotransformation of natural products, genetic engineering and molecular breeding, functional gene mining and synthetic biology, as well as bioinformatics. Based on the lessons learned from ten-years' teaching trajectory, the teaching team has gradually implemented several major teaching links, such as mind mapping guided preview and review; self-learning with short videos on key knowledge points; literature perusal to increase the forwardness and challenge of the class. The design of these key steps balanced the systemic nature of student learning and challenging property of this class, at the same time combine the teachers' organization with students' proactive learning. By the application of these key designing characteristics mentioned above, fruitful learning effect has been achieved throughout the teaching process.
