人工智能技术融入药学人才培养的实践探索与思考

Practical Exploration and Development Reflections on the Integration of AI Technology into Pharmaceutical Talent Cultivation

  • 摘要: 以华中科技大学同济医学院药学院学生为调查对象,本文分析其对人工智能技术的认知与态度;同时结合教师访谈,剖析人工智能在药学教育中的应用现状及潜在问题。调查发现,人工智能在药学教育中应用广泛,但仍面临技术成熟度不足、与教学深度融合不够等现实困境。为此,建议加强人工智能技术在药学专业核心课程中的应用,增设人工智能基础课程,建设人工智能学习平台,优化人工智能工具适用性,开展技能培训。在借鉴国内外相关高校的有益经验的基础上,本文提出契合学校发展的药学高等教育与人工智能技术融合策略。

     

    Abstract: This study analyzes the awareness and attitudes of students from the School of Pharmacy at Huazhong University of Science and Technology's Tongji Medical College regarding artificial intelligence (AI) technology.Additionally,through teacher interviews,the paper examines the current state and potential issues related to the application of AI in pharmaceutical education.The survey findings reveal that AI is widely applied in pharmaceutical education but still faces practical challenges such as insufficient technological maturity and inadequate integration with teaching depth.To address these issues,the paper suggests enhancing the application of AI technology in core pharmaceutical courses,introducing foundational AI courses,building AI learning platforms,optimizing the applicability of AI tools,and conducting skills training.Based on useful experiences from domestic and international universities,this paper proposes strategies for integrating pharmaceutical higher education with AI technology in alignment with the development of the university.
