Abstract:
Under the wave of the global technological revolution, new quality productive forces represented by information technology, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology are profoundly reshaping the biopharmaceutical industry, setting new demands for the cultivation of high-level pharmaceutical talents.Taking China Pharmaceutical University as a case study, this research systematically analyzes the current challenges in the graduate training of pharmaceutical students in aspects such as research motivation, sense of mission, social service, and industry-education integration, through large-scale surveys and in-depth interviews.Based on the research findings, this paper proposes five key shifts for optimizing pharmaceutical graduate education in the context of new productive forces: goal upgrading, curriculum optimization, collaborative deepening, vision expansion, and evaluation reform.Furthermore,a "six-dimensional" practical path system is proposed, which includes value guidance, interdisciplinary integration,multi-dimensional collaboration, intelligent empowerment, international expansion, and differentiated evaluation. This system aims to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in the pharmaceutical field in China.
