Abstract:
The cultivation of talents in pharmaceutical majors at local universities should be oriented towards practical applications,with the core focus on comprehensive literacy and the improvement of applied knowledge and abilities,aiming to cultivate applied technical talents.To achieve this goal,the combination of theory and practical applications,as well as the emphasis on case analysis and practical research,should be reflected in the teaching content.In the case-based teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics,the teaching team applies the "Solver" function in Excel to quickly solve compartment model parameters of different models,exploring its deep application in compartment model judgement.This function effectively mobilizes students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning pharmacokinetics,helps them understand and digest compartment model theories,enhances their thinking and expands their learning,yielding effective teaching outcome.
