红医精神融入医药院校思政课的路径创新

Innovative Pathways for Integrating the Red Doctors’ Spirit into Ideological and Political Education in Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities

  • 摘要: 红医精神产生于革命战争年代,是中国革命精神的重要组成部分,也是新时代开展思想政治教育的宝贵资源。红医精神融入医药院校思政课教学,以其丰富内涵和行业特质在文化传承、人才培养、精准思政等方面具有重要价值。医药院校思政课应系统谋划,选好红医事迹,拓展思政课内容之维;师生协同讲好红医故事,拓展思政课主体之维;混合教学用好红医资源,拓展思政课方法之维;多因素协同发力,不断增强思政课的亲和力和吸引力,提升医药院校思政课的育人实效。

     

    Abstract: The Red Doctor’s spirit originated during the revolutionary wars and is an essential part of China’s revolutionary spirit.It also serves as a valuable resource for ideological and political education in the new era.Integrating the Red Doctor’s spirit into the ideological and political education curriculum in pharmaceutical universities offers significant value in cultural inheritance, talent cultivation, and targeted ideological education due to its rich connotations and industry-specific characteristics.Pharmaceutical universities should systematically plan the curriculum, selecting appropriate Red Doctor’s stories to expand the content dimension of ideological and political education courses.Collaboration between teachers and students in sharing Red Doctor’s stories will enhance the subject dimension of the ideological and political education curriculum.By utilizing blended teaching methods and Red Doctor resources, the ideological and political education curriculum’s methodological dimension can be further developed.Through multi-factor collaboration, the affinity and attractiveness of the ideological and political education course will be continually enhanced, thereby improving the effectiveness of ideological education in pharmaceutical universities.
