药物结构教学中药学生职业素养的提升

Enhancing the Professional Competence of Pharmacy Students through Drug Structure Teaching

  • 摘要: 教学团队通过文献回顾、实践观察、问卷调查、个人访谈、座谈会等手段,基于结构为核心的小讲课教学模式提升师生发展素养需求的能力,实践“以学生学习发展为中心”的教学理念,达到“有效教学在课堂上”的教学目标,从而发挥课堂教学的时效性,提高课堂教学质量。该教学模式有助于建立长期有效促进学生发展的新的机制,为新时代大学生敬业精神的培育提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Teaching team employs a multi-method approach—including literature review,practical observation,questionnaire surveys,individual interviews,and group discussions—to explore how a mini-lecture teaching model centered on structure can enhance both students' and instructors' capacity to meet the developmental needs of professional competence.Grounded in the "student-centered learning and development" philosophy,this model aims to achieve the goal of "effective teaching in the classroom," thereby enhancing the timeliness and quality of classroom instruction.The proposed teaching model facilitates the establishment of a sustainable mechanism for fostering student development and offers a valuable reference for cultivating a strong sense of professional dedication among university students in the new era.
