Abstract:
Teaching team employs a multi-method approach—including literature review,practical observation,questionnaire surveys,individual interviews,and group discussions—to explore how a mini-lecture teaching model centered on structure can enhance both students' and instructors' capacity to meet the developmental needs of professional competence.Grounded in the "student-centered learning and development" philosophy,this model aims to achieve the goal of "effective teaching in the classroom," thereby enhancing the timeliness and quality of classroom instruction.The proposed teaching model facilitates the establishment of a sustainable mechanism for fostering student development and offers a valuable reference for cultivating a strong sense of professional dedication among university students in the new era.
