Abstract: The training concept of pharmaceutical talents in colleges and universities is difficult to meet the demand for talents in short supply in China's biopharmaceutical industry. The urgent task is to innovate educational concepts and carry out educational and teaching reforms. Shanghai Ocean University puts forward the new concept of "Quality is the body, characteristics are the wings, and innovation is the soul" in the construction of biopharmaceuticals, and explores in the aspects of talent training objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods, and faculty echelon.
