前沿科研成果融入药学专业实验教学的探讨——以多功能水凝胶敷料的制备为例

Exploration of Integrating Cutting-Edge Scientific Research Achievements into Pharmaceutical Experiment Teaching: A Case Study on the Preparation of Multifunctional Hydrogel Dressing

  • 摘要: 我国制造的医用敷料在全球市场中占有重要地位,但国内高端敷料依然依赖于进口。本项目以临床需求为导向,指引学生发散思维,针对伤口敷料开发过程中引起的伤口粘连、细菌感染等问题,提出构建一种简单易行的创面友好防粘连抗菌敷料以实现伤口无痛换药。通过理论和实际结合,该项目以充分调动学生的积极性,提高学生的实操技能为目标,取得了优秀的教学效果,为学生深刻理解水凝胶相关知识打下了坚实的基础,为药学其他课程的教学提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Medical dressings manufactured in China hold a significant position in the global market, yet the country still relies on imports for high-end dressings.This project is guided by clinical needs and encourages students to think creatively.It addresses issues such as wound adhesion and bacterial infections during wound dressing development by proposing a simple, user-friendly anti-adhesion and antibacterial dressing to achieve painless wound dressing changes.By combining theory and practice, the project aims to fully engage students, enhance their practical skills, and achieve excellent teaching outcomes.It lays a solid foundation for students to deeply understand hydrogel-related knowledge and provides valuable reference for teaching in other pharmaceutical courses.
