Abstract:
To expand the temporal and spatial dimensions of experimental teaching in Processing Science of Chinese Materia Medica, the teaching team guided students to practice processing techniques in their own kitchens.By integrating three core components—live-streamed instructional demonstrations,hands-on kitchen practice, and diverse post-class feedback channels—a new experimental teaching model was successfully established, blending practical training with labor education. This model not only effectively enhances the processing skills of undergraduate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, but also incorporates labor education into talents cultivation and team development in TCM universities. It fosters students' labor values and stimulates their interest in creative,hands-on work.
