微型核磁共振波谱仪在药物化学实验教学中的应用

Implementation of Benchtop NMR Spectrometers in Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory Teaching

  • 摘要: 核磁共振波谱仪在国内高校的化学实验教学中应用较少。本文探讨了价格便宜、维护操作方便的微型核磁共振波谱仪在本科药物化学实验教学中的应用。这对促进理论和实验教学结合、提升学生分析问题、解决问题的能力有很大帮助,是培养学生创新能力的有效手段。

     

    Abstract: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometers have been rarely utilized in chemistry laboratory teaching in Chinese universities.This study explores the application of cost-effective and user-friendly benchtop NMR spectrometers in undergraduate pharmaceutical chemistry experiments.The integration of such instruments into laboratory instruction significantly enhances the combination of theoretical and practical teaching,improves students' abilities in problem analysis and problem-solving,and serves as an effective approach to fostering students' innovative capabilities.
